Restorative Teacher Training

In today’s fast-paced, adrenalized society, restorative yoga is a crucial practice. In this training, you’ll learn to create the physical and energetic support that allows for deep relaxation and promotes rejuvenation. The workshop provides 14 contact hours and 5 non-contact hours of continuing education. We'll explore the physiology of our nervous system and learn proper propping for restorative yoga poses. Participants will compete two out of class projects teaching restorative yoga so they can incorporate their new skills.

The training is led by Anne Ondrey, MSW, E-RYT, C-IAYT, who has trained at the advanced level with Judith Lasater. Anne has a Masters in Social Work, is a certified yoga therapist, a fascial stretch specialist (FST Level 3), a Usui & Karuna Reiki Master, and a Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider.
