Yoga Styles

  • Rejuvenate, relax, and rest with this restorative yoga class. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps and other props will be used to support the body and ease into relaxation that will release tension, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Remain completely supported in each posture for up to 20 minutes. Previously called Yoga Rescue.

  • Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints and fascia. Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes, promoting relaxation and increased flexibility. Through mindful breathing and stillness, students can release tension and find a sense of calm and balance in both their body and mind. Previously called Just Stretch.

  • Ease into your practice with gentle movements that warm your body. Move onto standing postures with a focus on alignment and modifications. We will start on the ground, move to standing, and return to the ground for the end of practice. This non-heated class is for students that need a slow moving practice, students recovering from injury, or students that may just enjoy an easier pace or more mindful movement.

  • Yoga Foundations is a great place to start if you are new to yoga! Explore the connection between movement and breath to develop flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. With plenty of cueing and modifications given, this non-heated class is appropriate for beginner students to advanced students who want the time and space to dial in their practice. Previously called Beginners Basics.

  • Slow Flow students can anticipate a gentle and flowing practice that emphasizes mindful movements and breath awareness. This class will guide you through a series of slow-paced yoga poses, allowing ample time to explore alignment and deepen stretches. This calming and introspective session is ideal for students seeking relaxation, stress relief or an opportunity to connect deeply with their breath and body.

  • A vinyasa yoga class welcomes students of various experience levels from beginner to advanced, offering a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Students engage in a series of postures, seamlessly transitioning from one to another, fostering flexibility, strength and balance. Modifications and options are offered to create an inclusive and invigorating environment. Previously called Just Right/Not Hot.

  • Just like the non-heated version, this vinyasa yoga class welcomes students of various experience levels from beginner to advanced, offering a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Students engage in a series of postures, seamlessly transitioning from one to another, fostering flexibility, strength and balance. Modifications and options are offered to create an inclusive and invigorating environment. Previously called Just Right/Hot.

  • You can expect a vigorous and intense practice with Hot Power Yoga. This is a heated class (between 90-95 degrees), which promotes detoxification and increased flexibility while the power yoga sequence emphasizes strength, stamina and alignment. Students can anticipate challenging poses, dynamic flows and a strong focus on breath to build heat and invigorate the body and mind.

  • Expect a fusion of traditional yoga with full-body strength training exercises in a Yoga Sculpt class. The class will incorporate hand weights and resistance training to target and tone muscles while flowing through yoga poses. With energizing music and dynamic movements, you'll leave feeling both physically challenged and mentally centered.

Strength & Fitness

  • Our barre classes offer a low-impact, high energy total body workout. Sculpt long, lean muscles by isolating different muscle groups in unique combinations set to upbeat and fun music. Using a variety of props (weights, resistance bands, pilates tools, etc.) our teachers will instruct on maintaining proper form to target smaller muscles, improve posture, build strength and more. Modifications are offered to make barre classes available for to all students.

  • Mini rebounder trampolines are used for a cardio blast that will clear the lymphatic system while increasing your heart health and stamina. These classes including jumping on the trampolines, mixed with bands, weights and other props to the rhythm of the music. Don't worry if you've never tried this before, beginners are welcome in all classes!

  • In a Pilates mat class, you will experience a dynamic and targeted workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. Our teachers design creative and engaging movements on the mat, often requiring minimal equipment but delivering maximum benefits. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class offers a balanced and challenging opportunity to improve posture, alignment and overall body awareness.

Aerial Yoga

  • The Beginner's Aerial Yoga class offers a fun and unique experience that combines traditional yoga with the use of a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. The class will introduce you to basic aerial poses, inversions, and stretches, gradually building strength and confidence as you explore the aerial elements. You'll learn how to safely use the hammock to support your body weight, allowing you to experience a new dimension of yoga.

  • In the Intermediate Aerial Yoga class, you can look forward to a more challenging and dynamic experience that builds upon the foundational skills learned in the beginner's level. This class will introduce more complex aerial poses or tricks, transitions, and sequences, requiring greater strength, flexibility and body awareness.
