We’re headed to Wadsworth this month!
Join Tricia for Family Yoga Story Time! We’ll use picture books, yoga poses, breathing, mindful movement, music and more to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness and concentration. 

All ages welcome. Parent or guardian is required to attend with the child.
