Meditation for Beginners

Join Jamie for an introductory meditation workshop where students will explore various meditation techniques to discover the practice that resonates with themselves. From mindfulness and loving-kindness meditations to guided visualizations, breathwork, coloring and other meditative tools, you will gain exposure to a variety of options and styles in support of stress relief, enhanced focus, emotional balance, or spiritual growth. This workshop aims to empower you with tools to cultivate inner peace and resilience.
