Saturday Night Slow Burn

Saunas, sweat lodges, hot tubs, hot springs- they all have one thing in common (besides heat, lol)… transformational power.  Throughout history, many cultures have recognized the opportunity heat provides to reshape the mind and detoxify the body by improving circulation, removing lactic acid from overtaxed muscles, stimulating the immune system, tightening and toning the skin and it even encourages better and deeper sleep.

Join Megan for this candlelit hot vinyasa series that connects 55 optional poses with breath, and will provide the space needed to leave it all on the mat and realign with your intention and purpose.

Cold towel and colder beverage provided after class.  Sweaty hugs are optional, but welcome.

“You’ve always had the power my dear, you just had to find it for yourself.” – Glinda, the Good Witch

Cost: $25
